BRISBANE, Australia 30th June 2019

Today, Commerce Vision announce availability of their Customer Self Service eCommerce platform for large enterprise.

Customer Self Service has long been a leading platform for B2B and B2C, especially within the mid-market PRONTO ERP ecosystem. It has now been extended to allow large-scale organisations to take advantage of the platform’s rich functionality and flexibility, including PunchOut capability, Personalisation, and Online Returns.

The platform extensions are aimed at providing large enterprise (who typically run ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle), with an alternative to overly complex and costly eCommerce applications that require extensive customisation, support and maintenance to meet their needs.

John Farnea, Commerce Vision’s Managing Director commented, ‘Since 2001 we have continued to develop our eCommerce platform with a focus on functionality and flexibility. Nearly 20 years of continuous development has positioned Commerce Vision as a ‘Best of Breed’ provider to large  enterprise as well as the mid-market.  With the extension of our platform to support multiple ERPs, our current customers are now able to retain our eCommerce applications as they expand. Changing ERPs to support growing global business or because of merger and acquisition no longer has to mean changing eCommerce platforms.’

Organisations interested in finding out more about Commerce Vision’s platform are encouraged to contact David Bickerstaff, Director Sales and Marketing on +61 418 739 849 or www.commercevision.com.au/contact
