SSS Australia aren’t new to eCommerce. The successful healthcare supply company has offered its customers online ordering since the early 2000s. But since that time, B2B eCommerce has matured and its users have grown more sophisticated. Recently, the team at SSS Australia had come to realise their existing platform wasn’t delivering the sort of agility and flexibility they needed. They found they needed to build customisations on top of their existing platform in order to offer their customers features that were considered ‘non-standard’ for B2B.
They found themselves at a crossroads: either upgrade to a newer version of their current platform, or start evaluating other options. And thus the partnership with Commerce Vision was born.
This release should make life easier for those of you who take payments over the phone (it happens more regularly than you think!), as well as those of you managing multiple report subscriptions.

Sick of taking orders over the phone and scrambling to enter the payment details, perhaps even having to find a POS terminal, only to end up working with the finance department to try reconciling the orders and their payments later? If that sounds familiar, this update is for you.
Order Payment Links allow you to process a phone order payment via the website, whilst integrating that payment back to your ERP system. It uses a simple interface that allows you to capture key order information and have the ability to email the details to the user.

If you use Report Subscriptions, you may have several reports set up to be automatically generated and emailed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
When there are multiple iterations of the same report going to different users, it can quickly get confusing when it comes time to edit one and they all bear the same name!
Which is why we've added the ability to nickname all your report subscriptions. You can now give them a more meaningful and user-friendly name, making organisation and management of your subscriptions that much easier.
